Q- How many days a week will you be open this season?
A- Last season we were only able to hire, train & certify enough lifeguards to be open Wednesday thru Sunday...this season we hope to be able to certify enough lifeguards to be open 7 days a week peak season.
Q- Should I buy a season pass?
A- It all depends on how many times you will visit this summer.
Simply, based on early discount pricing, it all comes down to if you are an Indiana resident and plan to visit more than 2 times, you will save money with a season pass (3 or more times for customers outside of Indiana).
Q- If I purchase a season pass and find out I can not use it, can I get a refund?
A- Basically YES, if you do not use the season pass you will get a complete refund. However if you do use the season pass you will be refunded the amount you paid minus any admissions you used based on the retail amount. Example...you paid $79.95 for the season pass, came one time ($41.95), your refund would be $38.00.
